This blog is just to outline the data that you need to provide while creating an incident with SAP support. This will help to avoid the delay in the processing of incident due to the lack of information and thereby can reduce the unnecessary back and forth communication.
- If you are reporting the issue from a different tenant, please specify the Tenant URL where the issue is actually occurring.
- Solution name and Customer name.
- UI component name where issue is occurring with complete path of the affected UI component.
- Complete path from the SDK where you have developed the functionality with the relevant screenshots.
- If the issue is in the UI, then steps to reproduce the issue in the UI.
- Permission to reproduce the issue at our end , if it includes any Operations that Changes the Data like Save , Execute, etc
- Contact details in the incident so that support engineer can directly contact you in case of any clarity required
Provide these information whenever you create an incident for a better incident processing experience
